Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online store, click on any items that you wish to buy to put them into your shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we would need to be able to fulfill your order. Your credit/debit card will be charged at the time of placing your order.

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Access, MasterCard, Switch, Maestro, Solo and Connect.

Always use the card holder’s address when ordering, if the card does not match the address and postcode we will not be able to fulfill your order. An alternative delivery address can be added later.

Delivery Schedule

We use a live database on our website and therefore can only sell you the goods if we have them, so 95% of the time can dispatch the next working day.

Please note that we endeavor to check that the quality of all orders shipped meet the high standards that our customers expect. However we are unable to guarantee that shoes dispatched will be 'box fresh' i.e. they may have been tried on by customers in our stores.We endeavor to dispatch U.K orders the next working day but on the occasion your goods are not in the Coventry branch we might have to get them from another stock room and this can delay delivery to you by a day or 2. For overseas orders we dispatch the next working day but we advise 14 days for delivery. If the order is available and required urgently we can discuss alternative shipment details.In the unlikely event of a product being out of stock we will advise you by email or phone.

All products are subject to availability. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be informed by email in the first instance and you may be offered an alternative colour, style or possibly a later delivery date.

If not you must inform us you wish to cancel the order, as refunds are not generated until the goods are cancelled.

Tax Charges

The prices shown on our pages are the same for all customers regardless of their country of purchase.

Credit Card Security

All website payments are handled via the Sage Pay Payment Gateway. (Unless you choose PayPal) Sage Pay has achieved the highest level of compliance under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI). Sage Pay adheres to the most stringent levels of fraud screening, ensuring that customer's details remain secure throughout the transaction process. We are now also accepting payments made through PayPal; please follow the instructions as required.

Sage Pay use 3D Secure. This is a much safer way for you to use your credit card on the internet (internet chip and pin) you will need to be registered with

If you are shopping from anywhere in Europe, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to Euros or your own currency on your statement. This might have changed if you return goods for a refund; this is out of our control, due to current exchange rates.


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 28 days of dispatch in its original "unworn condition" with the original box and we will refund the product prices. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Your correspondence will be kept strictly confidential and any suggestions that might improve our service will be considered in great detail. Charles Ager Ltd will Endeavour to respond to any form of complaint within five working days from receiving your email.

Prices on the internet are not guaranteed to be the same as in store. Occasionally prices are reduced in store but not on the internet, but also sometimes we reduce on the internet but not in store.

Competitions are open to all excluding Charles Ager staff and their families. Prizes are non transferable and offer no cash alternative. Winners must claim their prize within 14 days of being notified, failure to do so will mean that prize is forfeited.
