Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online store, click on any items that you wish to buy to put them into your shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we would need to be able to fulfil your order. Your credit/debit card will be charged at the time of placing your order.
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Access, MasterCard, Switch, Maestro, Solo and Connect.
Always use the card holder’s address when ordering, if the card does not match the address and postcode we will not be able to fulfil your order. An alternative delivery address can be added later.
Shipping and Handling
Delivery within mainland UK for all orders over £30 is currently FREE OF CHARGE (£2.99 for under £30) and is sent by Interlink Express on a next day delivery service. Your goods will need signing for at the nominated delivery address. With Interlink Express you can specify that parcel can be left on the door step or with a neighbour, this is done at your own risk. Interlink track all parcels via satellite and this is used for proof of delivery. Alternately a card will be left for you to collect from there nearest depot. Failure to do so will mean the goods will be returned to us and we will refund the goods less a £12 charge which we will to pay Interlink Express.
We will deliver 95% all of orders the next working day, on those placed before 11am Monday to Thursday. All orders placed before 11am on Fridays will be dispatched that same day for delivery on the following Monday. Orders placed after 11am on Friday and over the weekend will be dispatched Monday, with delivery on the Tuesday. Except for when there is a bank holiday, delivery will take place later in the week, usually a Wednesday.
This service is not always available in Northern Ireland, Channel Isles, Isle Of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands and the Isle Of White. These can sometimes be sent with Interlink Express but usually 1st Class recorded via Royal Mail and will take up to 4 working days.
For orders under £30 there is a £2.99 postage charge and Interlink Express will still used where possible.
Delivery to most Europe Union Member States is only £9.99 per pair. These are sent Via Royal Mail and will be tracked and need signing for at the point of delivery. Multiple pairs may occasionally be sent using Interlink Express. Any returned to us for any reason will be refunded less all carriage costs.
We do offer discounted rates for multiple purchases, please contact us for details.
On the odd occasion when we get snow this can delay deliveries in some parts of the UK, again this is out of our control. Please contact us and we will give you a tracking number so you can check the status of your delivery.
We can not refund orders if they are stuck in transit when it is out of our control.
On occasions we do offer free returns on specific items, this is only available within the UK. Again contact us for details on this.
Delivery Schedule
We use a live database on our website and therefore can only sell you the goods if we have them, so 95% of the time can despatch the next working day.
Please note that we endeavour to check that the quality of all orders shipped meet the high standards that our customers expect. However we are unable to guarantee that shoes dispatched will be 'box fresh' i.e. they may have been tried on by customers in our stores.
We endeavour to dispatch U.K orders the next working day but on the occasion your goods are not in the Coventry branch we might have to get them from another branch and this can delay delivery to you by a day or 2. For overseas orders we dispatch the next working day but we advise 14 days for delivery. If the order is available and required urgently we can discuss alternative shipment details.
In the unlikely event of a product being out of stock we will advise you by email or phone.
All products are subject to availability. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be informed by email in the first instance and you may be offered an alternative colour, style or possibly a later delivery date.
If not you must inform us you wish to cancel the order, as refunds are not generated until the goods are cancelled.
Tax Charges
The prices shown on our pages are the same for all customers regardless of their country of purchase.
Credit Card Security
All website payments are handled via the Sage Pay Payment Gateway. Sage Pay has achieved the highest level of compliance under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI). Sage Pay adheres to the most stringent levels of fraud screening, ensuring that customer's details remain secure throughout the transaction process. We are now also accepting payments made through Paypal, please follow the instructions as required.
Sage Pay use 3D Secure. This is a much safer way for you to use your credit card on the internet (internet chip and pin) you will need to be registered with
If you are shopping from anywhere in Europe, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to Euros or your own currency on your statement. This might have changed if you return goods for a refund; this is out of our control, due to current exchange rates.
Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 28 days of dispatch in its original "unworn condition" with the original box and we will refund the product prices. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Prices on the internet are not guaranteed to be the same as in store. Occasionally prices are reduced in store but not on the internet, but also sometimes we reduce on the internet but not in store.

Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 28 days of receiving them. They must be returned in its original "unworn condition" with the original undamaged box, returns form completed in full. We will refund the product price but not the postage. All returns are at your cost. Please make sure your order confirmation for Order ID number is on the returns form enclosed as we cannot locate your details to issue your refund. We recommend you get proof of posting, as we will not issue a refund until we receive the goods. If we don’t receive the goods you will have to claim any refund from Royal Mail.
Any goods returned needing to be re-boxed or after the 28 days will incur a charge.
On faulty goods please contact us and we will email you a Freepost address and returns form. Any sent by special delivery or via any other carrier will be at your own cost.
If you have bought your goods using a non Pounds Sterling Credit Card, and you return the goods you will be refunded the same amount of UK pounds as you paid. But the exchange rate might have changed and you might not get the exact same amount as a refund. We only sell and refund in Pounds Sterling, your credit card calculates the exchange rate.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Returns and Free Gifts
Any free gift attached to a purchase that is not returned in its original condition with the shoes will not be refunded in full, a charge will be made
