FitFlop footwear care kit, clean, protect and refresh all your FitFlop's.

This neatly packed kit contains:

• a footwear cleaner  which has been specially formulated to clean and restore the appearance of your shoes, trainers or boots
• a footwear protector that helps keep your footwear looking its best for longer, invisibly helping to protect leather, suede, nubuck and fabric against water and oil stains
• a footwear refresher - which will absorb and neutralise odours
• a brush suitable for suede, nubuck & shearling
• and a soft cloth.

Any goods you wish to return should reach us within 28 days of dispatch in their original "unworn condition", with the original undamaged box and returns form completed in full. We will refund the price paid but not any postage, all returns are at your cost. Please make sure your Order confirmation for Order ID number is on the returns form as without this we cannot locate your details to issue the refund. Proof of posting is required, as refunds are not issued until the goods are received. If we don’t receive the goods you will have to claim for any losses from Royal Mail. Any goods returned after the 28 days will incur a charge.

Any goods purchased using a non Pounds sterling credit card will be refunded the amount in UK Pounds at the current exchange rate. If this has changed you might not get the exact same amount you originally paid. We only sell and refund in Pounds Sterling, your credit card calculates the exchange rate.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
