After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to fulfil your order. Your credit/debit card will be charged at the time of placing your order.

If you are shopping from anywhere in Europe, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to Euro's or your own currency on your statement.

Delivery within mainland UK for all orders over £15 currently FREE OF CHARGE and are sent by Royal Mail recorded second class post. Your goods will need signing for at the nominated delivery address. Failure to do so will mean you will have to collect your good from the local sorting office. If the good are returned to us as you have not collected the goods, we will refund the goods less a £3 postage charge.

Special Delivery is available for an extra charge of £4.95 per pair. We will deliver 95% of orders on a next working day delivery on orders placed before 12 am, Monday to Friday. (Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays are not working days so Fridays orders will arrive Monday. Saturday and Sunday orders will arrive on the Tuesday. Except for when there is a bank holiday, delivery will take another day)

Delivery Schedule
We endeavour to fulfill U.K orders within 7 working days. For overseas orders we advise 14 days. If the order is available and required urgently we can discuss alternative shipment details. Should a product be out of stock or no longer available we will advise you by email or phone. We try to get your purchase dispatched the next working day. We dispatch using Royal Mail 2nd class post. This normally take 2-3 working days. If in the unlikely occasion you don’t receive your goods, we can not refund or re-send for 2 weeks after dispatch date. This is set by Royal Mail and is out of our control.
Back Orders
All products are subject to availabilty. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be informed and may be offered an alternative colour or later delivery date. If not you must inform us you wish to cancel the order, as refunds are not generated until the goods are cancelled

The prices shown on our pages are the same for all people regardless of their country of purchase.
Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 256 bit encryption from thawte, and transferred using SSL encrypted technology. Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 21 days of despatch in its original "unworn condition" with the original box and we will refund the product price. This will not include your postage costs. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Prices on the internet are not guaranteed to be the same as instore. Occasionally prices are reduced instore but not on the internet, but also sometimes we reduce on the internet but not instore.

Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 21 days of despatch in its original "unworn condition" with the original box, returns form, and we will refund the product price. Please make sure your order number is on the returns form enclosed as we cannot locate your details to issue your refund. This will not include your postage costs. We recommend you use recorded delivery as we will not issue a refund until we receive the goods. If we don’t receive the goods you will have to claim the refund from your chosen carrier.
On faulty good we will refund the postage costs on standard royal mail recorded delivery. Any sent by special delivery or via any other carrier will be at your own cost.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
